Returns & Exchanges

At Peppermayo, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Option

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size or a store credit to use on your next Peppermayo haul.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging before dropping them off at your nearest postal outlet.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your store credit or exchange within 3-5 business days.
